🧭 Mission

The DAO Strategic Unit is dedicated to enhancing the governance, strategic planning, and Community involvement within the Decentraland DAO. By identifying key strategic initiatives, optimizing governance processes(guidelines), and actively participating in Community dialogues, the Strategic Unit aims to enrich the DAO's overall operations.

The Strategic Unit aspires to be a catalyst for positive changes within the Decentraland and DAO, steering it towards transparency, inclusivity, and effective governance. By fostering a culture of active Community involvement and strategic foresight, the DAO Strategic Unit aims to set the stage for long-term growth and prosperity for the Decentraland DAO.
